Before you contact us
- Never send passwords, two-step verification codes or recovery codes. We will never ask for them.
- If you think a device or account has been compromised, contact us from a different device or account if you can.
- For an active incident, start your message with URGENT and tell us the best way to reach you.
How we handle what you share
- We ask only for the information we need.
- We don't share it with anyone without your permission.
- We delete case information when our work is finished, unless you ask us to keep it.
When we reply
We aim to reply within one business day (Monday to Friday, U.S. Eastern Time). We check messages marked URGENT sooner, including on weekends.
